Don’t expect to get your deposit back in full if rented at F&W. We had an apartment on oak st (if you going to rent there keep in mind there is bar down the street and it getting pretty noisy at night), we always paid on time, even week or two before 1st. Before moving out we cleaned apartment in and out, we been cleaning for a few days in row, we have video showing everything was left so clean, even cleaner then when we moved in, they still charged us, saying they spend more time cleaning after us. They sent blurry pictures even their photos shows how clean is it and they don’t have any valid evidence why they charged us for it. We followed all the rules, followed every move out instruction, but it looks like they would keep money regardless even they don’t have any evidence. I really wanted to give them 5 start review because maintenance team was so quick and the apartment itself was nice, expect loud neighbors. But unfortunately it’s what they decided to do and it’s illegal especially when there wasn’t anything left beyond “normal wear and tear” + no evidence. If you want to get your deposit back in full just look for something else. It’s disrespectful and unfair.PS Take to consideration this unit has leaking pipes, walls in the basement crumbling down and neighbors in other unit are students who have parties in the middle of the week.

I love the properties and the people at this housing Agency are great friendly and help when it’s needed. The houses are beautiful and in good conditions and will recommend F&W properties to anyone.
