This was one of the easiest, most enjoyable apartment hunts I’ve ever had, mostly due to the wonderful Alyx, who communicated everything in an extremely timely and professional manner. Highly recommend for those looking for apartments in the Columbus area!

I have lived here 3 years and anytime there is a maintenance need they are quick to address it. Maintenance team is excellent and efficient! I recently needed some extra support . Alyx in the office knew exactly what to do and the issue has been resolved. I recommend this company. And if I move in the future will look to their properties first.

I am currently working on getting back with fandW because they were so incredible the first time and they’ve only gotten better with time. When I came in to sign my lease, they had a move-in kit with a bunch of stuff that I would need and my new place they were so cordial and so sweet I recommend Housing with them 110%. I have lived with other housing companies that were less moral and worse customer service, but they are the absolute best I’ve ever lived with
